We love our children, want to help them learn and grow, and encourage you as parents. Our Children’s Ministry allows your child to find hope and purpose through worship at their developmental level. We know you want your child to know the value of a strong bond with God…so do we!
As a parent, you need to know your child is safe during worship and at all times. Please feel free to have our staff in our nursery take care of your child.
We are open 15 minutes before and after services, so you can drop off or pick up your child without a hassle. When you drop off your little one, please sign in at the check-in counter, and you’ll receive an ID bracelet to be returned after the service.
Diaper bags are encouraged! Please make sure your diaper bag has your child’s name, a complete change of clothes, diapers, bottles/a cup, a pacifier, and a snack if your child has a special diet.
In our Tiny Tots class, your child will learn about who Jesus is and how knowing God reflects through his or her behavior.
Your child will learn Bible stories and make crafts during the Sunday School hour and continue to learn during the regular church service hour through creative song, play, and, let’s not forget, snacks!
We use a combination of Bible stories, crafts, applications of the lesson, and play to help young children understand God’s love for them.
Using a 3-year curriculum, we walk through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus at an age-appropriate level to learn necessary Bible basics.
The Primary Sunday School class is more in-depth than the Pre-Primary. Your child will begin learning his or her way through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. As your child gains knowledge and understanding of Christ, he or she can seek out things for him or herself.
A typical Sunday morning for the children in the Primary class is full of hands-on activity and Scripture.
The Juniors class is the oldest level of our Children’s Ministry. Grades 4-6 gain even more insight into their relationship with God. Teachers emphasize the importance of daily actions, such as devotion, praying, and living in faith and obedience. Junior classes also take prayer requests and review material in a more question-answer format. The class will be continuing the study from Genesis to Revelation.
“Train up a child in the way he should go,
even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
